As a spiritual professional, I strive to uphold the highest ethical standards in all services rendered.
My goal and intention is to not only uphold and act in devotion towards my values of Truth, Justice, and Liberation -- but also to center the sovereignty and well-being of my clients.
My practice is grounded in the use of various spiritual tools and practices to assist my clients in expanding their own intuition, spirituality, problem-solving skills, and creativity.
ARTICLE ONE | PROFESSIONALISM
Adherence to Applicable Laws.
I will take the initiative to be knowledgeable of all applicable laws - including but not limited to fortune telling statutes and local municipal codes that may cover my business & its related practices.
Scope of Profession.
I'm an spækona (psychic; intuitive consultant) & völva (witch).
First, I do not claim the ability to foretell the future with utmost accuracy or disclose in any sort of unequivocal terms the mental state or emotions of anyone. Second, my skills and practices as a völva are meant as a compliment to - not a replacement for - biomedicine or formal medical practices of any sort.
y practice is geared towards illuminating different perspectives and prompting my clients to contemplation and action, even within the context of ritual.
Role of the Spiritual Professional.
I provide my clients with spiritual guidance and to help facilitate my client toward making more empowered decisions for themselves.
I will never claim the ability to cure my clients of ailments outside the lawful practice of medicine or provide financial benefits outside the lawful practice of financial analysis and management. I will never purport to offer legal, medical, or financial advice.
Unless and until I become a certified professional with the appropriate background, I will never misrepresent myself as a psychologist, counselor, therapist, or other mental health professional.
Referrals to Qualified Professionals.
As a spiritual professional, I owe a reasonable duty of care to my clients. If an inquiry touches upon legal matters, even by a tangential connection or in passing, I will refer my client to seek the counsel of a licensed attorney. If an inquiry touches upon health or medical matters, even by a tangential connection or in passing, I will refer the client to seek diagnosis by a licensed medical doctor. If an inquiry touches upon financial or real property matters, even by a tangential connection or in passing, I will refer the client to seek advice from a qualified financial consultant, analyst, or real estate professional.
Duty to Reject Subsequent Requests.
If at any time I believe - or have reason to believe - that a client is using spiritual services to substitute, and not merely supplement, counseling from a qualified mental health professional, I will oblige my duty to reject subsequent reading requests from the client and refer the client to seek qualified mental professional support. However, spiritual services may be used as a supplement to qualified counseling or serve the function of life coaching or general spiritual guidance.
No Dishonesty, Fraud, Deceit, or Misrepresentations.
I will not use my spiritual tools and/or services in a way that purports definitive and absolute knowledge of the future or of matters that are otherwise hidden or occult. I will not represent myself as matter-of-factly having communication, access to, or knowledge of any supernatural phenomena. I will never guarantee any one outcome, positive or negative.
I will never engage in deceptive business or unfair trade practices, and make no misrepresentations about my competency, certifications, qualifications, or abilities.
Third Party Consent.
I will not provided consultative services for inquiries into the personal affairs, business, intentions, mental faculties, or activities of third parties who are not present for the consultation, unless the client represents and warrants to the me that such third party’s express consent has been obtained.
I may reasonably rely on such a representation made by a client, though best practices would include noting the reliance in writing in the tarot professional’s notes. However, a tarot professional may provide reading services on inquiries about how the client’s affairs, business, intentions, mental faculties, or activities might be affected by that third party.
ARTICLE TWO | COMMUNICATIONS
The Reading Process.
As a spiritual professional, I will attempt to make reasonable efforts to communicate my reading or interpretive process and analytical or intuitive methods, particular traditions, or the interpretive framework utilized to my clients.
I shall make reasonable efforts to disclose to all clients that spiritual services cannot replace the counseling services of a mental health professional, and a spiritual professional can never guarantee their accuracy in the interpretation of a reading.
Also, if and when spiritual services would be explicitly barred by a jurisdiction’s applicable laws, then I will communicate to my client in clear, unambiguous terms that such services are to be for entertainment purposes only.
No Duty to Retain Records.
I do not owe a client any duty to retain the client’s reading records. At my discretion, I retain records or files on client readings.
When I do elect to retain client records, I have developed and consistently maintain an appropriate record-keeping system(s) for storing my clients’ personal information. These methods are designed & used in such a way that they reasonably preserve my clients’ confidentiality and privacy.
ARTICLE THREE | FEES
Statement of Fees.
I state my service fees before the start of any services and cannot/will not later raise or increase the stated fee unless prior contractual terms allow for the increase.
I make every attempt to clearly communicate my fee schedule and payment terms prior to the commencement of any services.
A fee for any service that is $500.00 USD or more must be contractually agreed upon in writing.
No Pressure for Additional Services.
I will never pressure, compel, or even imply to clients that additional paid services are needed after the completion of services paid for. I may, however, make suggestions for possible support as part of the execution of a service with no implication or coercision of any sort involved.
If I make a referral, I will disclose whether any referral fees have been paid as compensation or consideration for the referral.
ARTICLE FOUR | CONFIDENTIALITY
Duty of Confidentiality.
Although there is not likely to be a legal evidentiary privilege between myself and a client, I nonetheless agree on my own accord to be bound by a duty of confidentiality. I will not reveal personal or private information relating to a client unless that client has given informed consent.
Reasonable Diligence to Protect Confidentiality.
I will exercise reasonable efforts to prevent the inadvertent or unauthorized disclosure of or access to information relating to my clients, which includes password protection to any electronic accounts, computers, or data storage units that would include client files and lock and key to any physical storage units containing hard copy files.
I may reveal personal or otherwise private information relating to a client reading if I reasonably believe it is necessary to prevent substantial bodily harm or death, or a court order overrides the confidentiality. Partial information from the rendering of services may be disclosed under the client’s anonymity for academic, civic, census, survey, or research purposes.
ARTICLE FIVE | DISCLOSURES
I am not required to be certified for any of the services I currently render (as of 02 June 2017). However, if I obtains a certification relevant to my practice, I will disclose the certifying body or organization that issued the certification.
ARTICLE SIX | PUBLIC SERVICE
I make efforts to dedicate at least 10% of my practice per year to public service, such as offering services to support fundraisers for non-profit organizations or charitable causes, free service(s) to persons of limited financial means, teaching to others free of charge, creating educational materials for the public free of charge, and/or participating in activities with the mission of improving communal understanding of my practice(s) and the culture(s) from which they originate.
ARTICLE SEVEN | CONTINUING EDUCATION
I will take the initiative to continue my professional & spiritual education for the duration of my career & public practice. I will take classes or workshops on directly relevant and adjacent topics, attend conferences, symposia, or conventions, meet and collaborate with other spiritual professionals, regularly read on my spiritual practices, and exercise diligent efforts to hone my craft and skill.

Payment for Services
Payment for consultative services are tendered through Paypal or Stripe, either through direct purchase utilizing a button/cart or through invoice.
I am not responsible for your experiences with the third party sites. Please be familiar with their privacy and security terms.
Refunds & Customer Concerns - Services
If you feel there are substantial errors or other issues with your reading that you're unhappy with, I am happy to discuss this and do my best to ameliorate your concern(s).
However, there will be no refunds for readings that you believe to be inaccurate because accuracy has never been guaranteed.
You are not paying for a results-oriented product; what you are paying for is services- and experience- oriented. Thus, there are no refunds on the reading services.
I have provided as much data and details of all my service offerings to enable you to make an informed decision, so read with care prior to booking a consultation or other service with me.

Due to the nature of these product(s), unless there is a substantial error in the quality of the files provided, refunds are generally not given.
